Graduate Structural Engineer Full Time

Job Overview:

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join their Early Career Professional (ECP) Development Framework in the GCC region. This program aims to invest in and nurture future leaders by providing structured opportunities for experience and skill development in both technical and soft skills. The successful candidate will support the delivery of key projects across the GCC region and engage with various communities and networks within the organization.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering Support:

  • Perform assignments under the supervision of the Project Engineer/Manager, applying basic engineering codes and principles.​

  • Assist with the preliminary selection and adaptation of engineering solutions.​

• Technical Deliverables:

  • Support the preparation of designs and drawings, ensuring technical excellence.​

  • Attend design coordination meetings and prepare minutes.​

• Project Management Assistance:

  • Provide input for monthly progress reports on projects.​

  • Assist in managing change control processes.​

  • Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders as required.​

  • Assist the Project Manager with tasks such as drafting letters and organizing meetings.​

Candidate Specification:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines.​

• Professional Development:

  • Possess the drive to become a Chartered Engineer or achieve membership of a professional engineering institute.​
