Graphic Designer Full Time

Noorka Logistics is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Dubai. Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and edit visuals/videos in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Design, edit, and proofread visuals for a variety of marketing channels, including brochures, print, OOH, website, newsletters, and social media.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events on social media platforms to enhance brand engagement and drive traffic.
• Collaborate with influencers, advertising agencies, and external partners to boost brand equity and visibility on social media.
• Produce creative written and multimedia content for in-store and online platforms to increase brand engagement.
• Oversee the design of staff uniforms, shopping bags, store, and office supplies, ensuring proper replenishment in all stores.
• Coordinate with external agencies, web designers, marketing teams, and printers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Keep the company website updated with important marketing information such as new product launches.
• Execute marketing campaigns for both physical stores and online platforms, creating compelling visuals to drive traffic.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and 1-2 years in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in graphic design and social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube) and their best practices.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and creative skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
