Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is required.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years in a senior or group-level finance role.
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting across multiple business units or subsidiaries.
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive decision-making.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity corporate environment.
