Guest Relations Officer Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to join our Front Office team at Andaz Dubai The Palm. The ideal candidate will balance diverse responsibilities while ensuring meaningful and memorable interactions with guests. The GRO will handle special preparations for guest arrivals, oversee the lobby area, and collaborate with relevant departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for guest arrivals by accommodating specific preferences and ensuring seamless coordination with other departments.
• Act as the point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns while providing outstanding customer service.
• Maintain the lobby area and ensure it is welcoming for guests and visitors.
• Create unique, memorable guest experiences through creative initiatives and personalized touches.
• Handle guest departures efficiently, ensuring a hassle-free checkout process.
• Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and recognition.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Relations roles within hotel operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in German, French, or other European languages is a strong advantage.
