Guest Service Officer – Front Office Full Time

Andaz Dubai The Palm is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Guest Service Officer to join our Front Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional and consistent level of service to our guests, contributing to the smooth and efficient operations of the Reception within the Rooms Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and to their satisfaction.
• Reception Duties: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communication: Liaise effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during their stay.
• Multilingual Support: Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in Arabic, Russian, German, or French.

Qualifications:

• Education: Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic, Russian, German, or French is preferred.
