Guest Services Executive Full Time

Job Purpose:

As a Guest Services Executive – Concierge, your role is to create a unique and outstanding guest experience. You will serve as the face of the hotel, warmly welcoming guests, and ensuring all interactions are friendly and professional. Your extensive knowledge of the hotel’s offerings and related services will help you answer queries, promote amenities, and contribute to the seamless delivery of exceptional guest service.




Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Engagement:
   • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
   • Ensure every interaction enhances the guest experience.
2. Service Excellence:
   • Respond to guest inquiries about hotel facilities, products, and services related to the assigned domain (e.g., Spa, Health Club, Front Office Operations, Experience Team).
   • Handle guest bookings, scheduling, and billing using the designated systems.
3. Promotion and Sales:
   • Promote and upsell services, products, and experiences to guests, contributing to increased revenue and repeat business.
4. Operational Knowledge:
   • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all domain-specific offerings.
   • Use operational tools and applications to manage bookings and guest needs effectively.
5. Collaboration:
   • Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in guest services or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, services, and offerings.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications for booking and billing.
