Guest Services Officer Full Time

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Guest Services Officer – Front Office who speaks German, Russian, or Chinese fluently, alongside English. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office within the Rooms Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service by offering a welcoming, friendly, and attentive experience to all visitors.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and queries in a professional manner.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, addressing their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
• Assist in managing guest expectations and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Ensure that all guest requests are followed up promptly and efficiently.
• Uphold the standards of Hyatt International and ensure that every guest interaction aligns with the brand’s values.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations, preferably within the Front Office or Rooms Division.
• Languages:
  • Fluency in English and German, Russian, or Chinese is essential.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • A proactive, action-oriented, and hardworking personality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Other Requirements:
  • Candidates must already be located in the United Arab Emirates.
