About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Home Automation Sales Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background combined with proven sales expertise in smart home automation solutions for residential and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in the home automation sector.
• Conduct site assessments, understand client requirements, and design tailored smart home solutions.
• Promote and sell home automation products, including lighting control, security systems, audio/video setups, and home theaters.
• Provide technical consultations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to oversee installation, commissioning, and post-sales support.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in smart home automation sales in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of home automation systems and integration technologies.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Problem-solving skills to design and implement customized solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Language Skills: Arabic speaker with proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of smart home automation software platforms and integration tools.
• Experience in project management and installation oversight.
• License: Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and project follow-ups.
