Hotel Cleanliness Expert Full Time

Position Summary:

At Courtyard by Marriott WTC Abu Dhabi, we believe a clean and inviting space is essential for creating a memorable guest experience. As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will take pride in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring every guest feels comfortable and welcomed.

This role extends beyond cleaning rooms to delivering a unique and seamless experience by addressing guest requests, stocking supplies, and maintaining public areas—all while upholding our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to the highest standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supplies as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining overall hotel cleanliness, including back-of-house areas.
• Follow safety and company policies, ensuring a secure and hazard-free environment.
• Maintain the confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, and reaching.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A positive and proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus but not required.
