Hotel Host – Front Office Full Time

Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeirah is seeking a personable and dedicated Hotel Host to join our Front Office team. As a Hotel Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay by providing a warm welcome, seamless service, and personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, offering information about hotel services, amenities, and promotions.
• Check-in/Check-out: Handle guest registrations, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and process payments accurately.
• Guest Experience: Engage in casual conversation with guests, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
• Problem-Solving: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Service Standards: Uphold Hyatt’s high standards of service and contribute to creating a unique and inspiring hotel experience.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Hospitality: A genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time and work flexible shifts.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Guest Service Officer is an advantage but not mandatory.
