The Housekeeping Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at Aloft Abu Dhabi. This role goes beyond just ensuring clean rooms—it is about creating memorable and unique guest experiences. The Housekeeping Coordinator oversees a wide range of housekeeping tasks, including maintaining cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel, delivering guest requests, and supporting the overall guest environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate housekeeping activities to maintain hotel cleanliness, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and stock carts as necessary.
• Uphold quality standards, ensuring all areas of the hotel meet the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
• Professional personal appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while fulfilling housekeeping responsibilities.
