Housekeeping Room Attendant Full Time

Position Summary:

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, you will be an integral part of creating memorable experiences for our guests. Our aim is to go beyond basic cleanliness and provide an atmosphere of comfort and luxury. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, ensuring every space is pristine and welcoming. This role involves a variety of housekeeping tasks, including responding to guest requests, restocking supplies, cleaning guest rooms, public spaces, and upholding the high standards of The Ritz-Carlton. Your hands-on approach ensures that every area contributes to an exceptional guest experience.




Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to The Ritz-Carlton’s established standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, providing personalized service that exceeds expectations.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring all supplies are available and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness of all hotel spaces, including restrooms, corridors, and common areas.
• Perform daily quality checks and ensure the safety of guest rooms and public spaces.
• Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Uphold company policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure professional communication and appearance at all times.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods of time.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a positive and proactive approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
