Housekeeping Team Leader Full Time

Job Summary:

As the Housekeeping Team Leader at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, you will guide and support the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. This role goes beyond maintaining clean rooms—it’s about crafting a memorable guest experience. You will oversee daily housekeeping tasks and ensure that team members are delivering a consistently exceptional level of service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of housekeeping associates, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
• Oversee the delivery of guest requests, stock carts, and manage the cleaning of guest rooms and public spaces.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the hotel meets cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Uphold professional appearance and communication standards for all team members.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Manage housekeeping schedules, coordinate team duties, and ensure timely completion of daily tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Hands-on approach to support housekeeping tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a housekeeping supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service and cleanliness.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
