HR and Talent Acquisition Manager Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: Source, attract, and headhunt top talent.






• Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and post roles on multiple platforms.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and recruitment databases.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and employee orientation.
• Develop engagement & retention strategies to support company culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
• Support HR operations, including record-keeping and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Recruitment & HR (preferably in a global hiring environment).
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, particularly in hiring for US markets.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-traditional environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
