HR Consultant Full Time

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in the HR domain, including handling legal contracts, managing escalations, and overseeing various HR processes.

Location:Dubai, Al Karama
Salary:Up to AED 6,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage payroll processing, visa procedures, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
• Draft, review, and manage legal contracts and ensure compliance.
• Address and resolve escalations effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare reports and maintain data using Advanced Excel.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the HR domain.
• Preferred: Background in law or related field.
• Experience in handling legal contracts and escalations.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Home country experience is acceptable.
