HR Executive Full Time

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE (experience in the Logistics industry is preferred)

• Skills & Expertise:

  Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operationsWell-versed in UAE labor laws and regulations

• Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent

• Attributes: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and handle HR challenges effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies

• Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and payroll assistance

• Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

• Provide support on employee engagement, training, and development
