Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies in line with company goals and UAE labor laws.
• Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance staff capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
