Choithrams, a leading name in the retail industry, is seeking a dynamic HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing the recruitment process to attract top talent and contribute to the continued success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles.
• Utilize recruitment portals and other resources to attract and identify the best talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordination of interviews and offer letters.
• Maintain Recruitment MIS and provide regular updates to the management.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and ensure proper documentation.
• Support the development of recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Qualifications:

• A graduate in any discipline (an MBA is a plus).
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Recruitment MIS.
• Experience with recruitment portals and talent sourcing tools.
