HR Generalist Full Time

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Sharjah. The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing daily HR operations, from recruitment and employee relations to training and performance management. This role is essential in fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment while supporting the company’s growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
• Act as the primary contact for employee queries, address workplace concerns, and assist in conflict resolution.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
• Support the payroll process by providing accurate employee data to the payroll team.
• Coordinate visa processing, residence permits, and manage employee medical insurance enrollments.
• Organize and support training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the performance management process, working with managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and performance documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or a similar HR position.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of HR practices and compliance.
