We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a leading German multinational company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in employee lifecycle management, recruitment, and employee relations, with a preference for candidates familiar with DMCC Free Zone and regional HR regulations.
Salary: Up to AED 12,000
Key Responsibilities:
Full Employee Lifecycle Management – Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Employee Relations – Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and interviews to hiring and onboarding.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in HR roles, preferably within a multinational environment.
Industry Knowledge: DMCC Free Zone experience and understanding of regional labor laws are highly preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
