ResoSys Solutions is looking for a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks.
Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 10,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll, benefits administration, and performance evaluations
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a similar administrative role
Strong understanding of UAE employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
