Requirements:
1. Degree qualified in HR or has equivalent HR Certifications
2. Minimum of five years experience in an HR support or helpdesk function
3. Experience in a call logging system is a must
4. Multitasker, organized and has very good time management skills
5. Excellent problem solver with an eye for detail
6. Very good English communication skills is a must -both written and verbal; Bilingual speaker is preferred
