The HR Leader – Middle East is responsible for providing Human Resources leadership and support to the Middle East region in a wide range of functional areas of human resources including but not limited to HR strategy, organizational development and organizational change management, employee and/or labor relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and employment as well as HR projects. The incumbent will act as the primary HR interface between the business team in the Middle East region and the EMEA HR function supporting the execution of the region’s business strategy according to EATON values.
