Job Description:
United Gulf Equipment & Machinery LLC is seeking a skilled HR Officer to manage key HR functions, including payroll, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payroll management, ERP systems, and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and payroll while ensuring compliance with MOHRE WPS regulations.
- Handle flight ticket provisions, health insurance processes, and HRMS operations.
- Ensure labor law compliance and implement HR policies.
- Address employee relations and provide HR support.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely salary processing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Officer/Generalist in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Expertise in payroll management, ERP systems, and insurance processes.
