Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of HR and recruitment experience in the Dubai real estate sector
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of UAE labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
Familiarity with real estate industry hiring trends and organizational structures
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
Hands-on experience with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office
Key Competencies:
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
Education:
