HSE Officer Full Time

Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly metrics to report.

Responsible for recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures to Line Manager.

Conduct risk assessments related JSA

Ensure effective implementation of HSE procedures for area of work and type of activities.

Monitoring maintenance standards, integrity and certification for fire-fighting, life saving and other safety equipment’s.

Spread the culture of safety first in the workplace.

Organizing HSE training/Campaigns.

Highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet Standards.

Check record and advice on emergency arrangements & regulations.

Conduct Safety audits, hazard assessments and inspections to identify potential safety and hazards.

Collaborate with team members, departments and external agencies to ensure that safety issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Investigate and report on accidents, injuries and near misses and take appropriate actions to prevent future occurrences.

Basic Qualifications.

Bachelor’s Degree in any Background + NEBOSH Level-3 and above.

Must have knowledge related to TRAKHEES/DM guidelines.

3-5 Years, Experience in Warehouse Safety Management.

Passion for Safety.

Good Communication, team work, analysis, judgment skills. .

Works well within a team environment.

Ability to adopt well to fast-faced environments with changing circumstances ,direction and strategy

Available to work flexible shifts including days, nights and/or weekends.
