HSE Officers Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for diligent HSE Officers / HSE Inspectors to ensure that all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures are implemented and followed at construction sites.

Job Responsibility

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
• Develop and implement safety and environmental programs
• Train employees on safety protocols and procedures
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
• Communicate safety guidelines and procedures to all personnel on site

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Certification in occupational health and safety (NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.)
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
