Human Resources Generalist Full Time

We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with national laws and regulations related to employment.
• Maintain and update employee records using HR software.
• Support recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Prepare and manage HR reports and documentation as needed.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience managing HR operations.
• Strong attention to detail and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HR software and systems.
• Familiarity with UAE employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid UAE Driver’s License.
