IT Business Relationship Specialist Full Time

The IT Business relationship specialist is responsible of understanding and communicating with the business making sure that IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy. In addition to that, IT business relationship is responsible of communicating IT services to the business using the business language and that is through planning and creating promotional materials and communicate with the business.

 Work as liaison between the Business units and the IT division.

 Complete writing documents according to set standards regarding order, structure, clarity, style and terminology.

 Create marketing plans and campaigns for IT services and initiatives

 Review published materials periodically to ensure that documents are up to date and recommend revisions as needed.

 Develop and assist in promoting the IT projects

 Participate in meetings with customers to collect data and produce needed documentation related to Division’s services and products.

 Support technical marketing writing requirements as necessary for representation of Division’s services and solutions to technical customer audience which includes developing and maintaining such documentation as application notes, data sheets, website content, presentations, etc.

 Maintain version control processes to ensure latest versions of documents are available to employees and customers.

 Proofread and edit documentations to ensure accurate and error-free communications.

 Review all complaints and suggestions shared by customers and take actions

 Other duties as assigned.

 Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Information Technology or any related field

 3-5 years’ experience in working in an IT organization

 Advanced computer skills especially MS Word, Acrobat Reader and Visio

 Technical Writing and Editing

 Communication skills.

 Good command of IT terms

 Good understanding of Technology

 Fluent in English

 Experience with or knowledge of service provision best practices (e.g. ITIL)
