IT Helpdesk Full Time

We are seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT field, with a strong background in troubleshooting network issues, managing servers, and handling CCTV systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing support for network equipment, servers, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network problems, including connectivity issues and IP address conflicts.
• Conduct IP address auditing and configure routers to ensure optimal network performance.
• Install, configure, and update servers and network equipment.
• Monitor, install, and configure CCTV systems to ensure security and surveillance coverage.
• Manage and support server infrastructure, including hardware installation, operating system configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT Helpdesk role.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proficient in network troubleshooting and IP address management.
  • Experience with router configuration and server management.
  • Knowledge of CCTV installation and configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Immediate availability for joining.
  • Candidates currently on a Visit Visa or with a Cancelled Visa are preferred.
