Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective support for hardware and software issues encountered by staff and students.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the school’s IT systems and networks.
Project Assistance: Collaborate on IT projects aimed at improving the school’s technological capabilities.
User Training: Conduct training sessions to enhance the digital proficiency of the school community.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support requests, and resolutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably within educational institutions.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively assist a diverse user base.
