Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, accounting records, and supporting documentation.
• Record and verify daily financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Analyze cash flow statements and monitor company liquidity to support effective cash management.
• Review income statements and evaluate key financial performance indicators.
• Compare sales, operational expenses, and profitability across departments, business units, and projects.
• Track project-related costs and prepare detailed project profitability and margin analysis reports.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare management reports and financial summaries to support business decisions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Monitor expenses and ensure accurate allocation of costs.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist with financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company procedures, and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather financial information and support reporting requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Cash Flow Statements, Income Statements, and Financial Performance Analysis.
• Ability to analyze project costs, revenues, profitability, and margins.
• Experience using QuickBooks accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
