Junior Accountant Full Time

About Us:

Bin Sari Specialized Technologies is a leading company offering innovative solutions in the technology sector. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately type, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and financial statements.
• Perform timely reconciliation of accounts.
• Enter financial transaction data into databases on a daily basis.
• Assist company personnel with accounting-related tasks and queries.
• Research and resolve discrepancies or documentation problems.
• Provide management with activity reports and summaries.
• Ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Audit financial documents to substantiate transactions.
• Maintain internal controls to ensure financial security.
• Prepare payments by verifying supporting documents and processing disbursements.
• Monitor and control inventory records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (B.Com/M.Com).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in Peachtree, Sage, and QuickBooks is preferred.
