Junior Accountant Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the foodstuff trading business. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Assist with VAT filings and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in trading or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers.
