Junior Accountant Full Time

Hala Builder is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, support daily accounting operations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and balance sheets.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor expenses and update the budget under the supervision of senior accountants.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Ensure adherence to UAE tax regulations and assist with VAT filing.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internships will also be considered).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
• Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and VAT compliance is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
