Junior Accountant Full Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Motor City, Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling various accounting tasks, ensuring compliance, and supporting the Senior Accountant in day-to-day operations.

Location: Motor City, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements and Cashflow Statements.
• Post Journal Entries in Zoho Books accurately and timely.
• Ensure financial documents comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including bank transactions, prepayments, accruals, management fees, and operator receivables.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Support the Senior Accountant with other accounting-related tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; Professional Certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting roles.
• Proficient in Zoho Books and Cost Center Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of AML compliance is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
