Junior Accountant Full Time

Position Overview:

Delma Laboratory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about accounting and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily accounting tasks, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare invoices, manage accounts receivable, and follow up on payments.
• Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Handle accounts payable, including reviewing and processing supplier invoices.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records for audit and tax purposes.
• Collaborate with the senior accounting team to streamline financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
