Junior Accountant Full Time

Euro Gulf Techno Services in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant Dubai to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist with accounts payable and receivable, maintain accurate financial records, support ledger management, and contribute to timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Accounting Operations: Manage routine accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and process customer and vendor invoices accurately and on time.

• Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved.

• Petty Cash Management: Maintain and manage petty cash records, ensuring proper documentation and accurate reporting of expenses.

• Financial Reporting Support: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.

• Expense Monitoring: Track expenses, prepare supporting documentation, and assist in budget control activities.

• Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper filing of accounting documents for easy retrieval.

• Compliance Assistance: Support adherence to internal accounting policies and UAE regulatory requirements, including VAT reporting.

• Collaboration: Work closely with senior accountants and finance managers to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles.

• Experience: Previous exposure to accounting processes, invoicing, petty cash handling, and bank reconciliations is highly desirable.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software. Ability to handle spreadsheets, formulas, and basic financial analysis.

• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.

• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining accuracy, and meeting deadlines.

• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with colleagues, vendors, and management.

• Professionalism: Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and discretion while handling confidential financial information.
