Junior Accountant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to record business transactions accurately

• Update financial databases regularly to ensure data accuracy and availability

• Manage accounts receivable: issue invoices, follow up on collections

• Manage accounts payable: process invoices, perform reconciliations, and initiate timely payments

• Conduct random stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy

• Collect, deposit, and reconcile daily cash transactions

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate bank records daily

• Assist the Senior Accountant with month-end closing and reporting activities

• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Maintain proper documentation for billing, payables, and receivables

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and time management skills
