Legal Executive Full Time

Deliver efficient legal support services to the Head of Legal and both internal and external stakeholders of Dubai Maritime City.
•Assist in preparing, revising and finalising written documents in English and Arabic.
•Review and proof-read documents, reports, memos, briefings, presentations, forms and other items to ensure accuracy and completeness.
•Support in debt recovery process, including administering and issuing letters of demands and coordinating with law firms for commencement of legal proceedings.
•Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders as required.
•Conduct legal and ad-hoc research.
•Draft correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested by the Head of Legal.
•Provide in-house Arabic to English and English to Arabic translations.
•Ensure timely and accurate updates of all reporting systems (litigations, legal matters, documentation matters).
•Ensure accurate payment and tracking of all invoices related to the department.
•Provide administrative support including filing documents, organising and maintaining files, updating databases and standard agreements.
•Assist with other ad-hoc legal and non-legal tasks as requested by the Head of Legal.
