Logistics Coordinator Full Time

We are looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our logistics activities, with a focus on vehicle management, driver coordination, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor vehicle ownership expiration and coordinate with the Traffic Department for renewals.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed by drivers at the sites.
• Track the movement and schedules of water tankers in coordination with site supervisors.
• Prepare and manage the monthly payroll schedule for department employees.
• Coordinate driver attendance and absences with site supervisors.
• Oversee the operation of machinery at various sites.
• Perform data entry and other related tasks using computer systems.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with logistics operations and vehicle management.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly for data entry and reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
