Logistics Officer Full Time

Noorka Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Logistics Officer to oversee the coordination and management of supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistics processes, maintain strong vendor relationships, and optimize delivery timelines to meet company goals.




Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee the logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, inventory management, and transportation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all logistics activities.
• Resolve issues related to transportation, delays, and damaged goods promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, sales, and customer service to align logistics strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of logistics systems, procedures, and best practices.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
