1. Recruit, Retain, and engage the team and build a collaborative and high-performance team.
2. Manage the onboarding process for all incoming staff, including pre-employment communication to ensure new starters are aware of the requirements.
3. Coordinate and manage employee exit processes, liaising with the HR Business Partners.
4. Working closely to coordinate and perform the yearly recruitment plan calendar.
5. Develop and implement recruitment strategies managing the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring to attract, hire, and retain talents.
6. Lead and manage the recruitment team providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure the team to meet their recruitment plan target.
7. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and cost-effective sourcing solutions.
8. Utilize various sourcing channels such as online job portals Dubai Careers, social media platforms, Professional networks.
9. Screen and assess the applicant’s qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews, phone screening and assessment.
What we are looking for:
1. Nationality: UAE National
2. Academic Degree: Degree: Bachelor/ master’s degree in human resources.
3. Professional and specialized certificates: CIPD SHRM
4. Years of Experience: 11 Years of experience for bachelor’s degree holders, and 9 Years of experience for master’s degree holders.
