Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis Full Time

What you’ll deliver

• You’ll support in budget planning by preparing timelines, objectives, and guidelines, while gathering input from business partners on budgetary needs.

• You’ll support analysis of historical financial data to identify trends and assist in reviewing budget proposals for accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

• You’ll support in preparing forecasts per the Financial Calendar, support financial analysis to identify trends and concerns, and ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies.

• You’ll support in monitoring key financial metrics to track company performance and assist in developing monthly CFO dashboards, coordinating with Supply Management and Corporate Assurance for input consolidation.

• You’ll support the process of continuous monitoring and tracking of actual financial performance against the budget and forecast throughout the year.

What you bring

• You should be educated to a bachelor’s degree level specialized in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce/ or Economics.

• You must have a professional qualification such as ACCA/ CMA/ or ACA.

• You should have at least 7 relevant years of experience.

• You should have deep knowledge on preparation of budget and forecast, financial dashboards, understand driver of variances and provide insightful commentary.
