The Manager HR Data, Reporting & Analytics is a subject matter authority who will deliver and govern HR data standards, data strategy and the data quality improvement roadmap whilst ensuring modern data engineering solutions and practices for HR. Responsible for working across the business and data function to drive value creation through alignment of data strategy to business objectives. The role will drive workforce insights, and decision-making by designing remarkedly thoughtful HR digital decision support tools.
You will be the digital technology champion and trusted advisor for all HR analytics initiatives in this role. The role will use various methods to identify and deploy effective digital technologies that drive best practice workforce analytics, decision making, hyper-automation, and user-centric manager and employee self-service reporting. In addition, you will contribute to the building, sustaining, and enhancing of the HR function digital product capabilities, including driving modernization, standardization, and achieving buy-in for innovation and transformation investments.
• Develop and maintain HR data solution architecture, governance, and data library/dictionary
• Develop the HR Analytics Hub as a central resource to be accessed by the whole division according to their requirements and needs
• Develop strategic relationships with data, reporting and analytics partners to help understand HR priorities in the delivery of HR services and projects
• Provide expert thought leadership in HR data, reporting and analytics solutions delivery
• Provide strategic consultation and recommendations for business process design, business intelligence design and HR interfaces considering HR data architecture
• Partner with leaders to understand how HR data will be leveraged as a competitive advantage in Etihad Talent solutions
• Collaborate across Etihad and partner closely with Etihad DTI function to ensure integration of HR data with Etihad data architecture
• Partner with the key internal stakeholders considering employee experience and human-centric design in how Etihad people leaders use and interact with HR reports and workforce decision processes
• Establish data requirements required to support next generation workforce analytics for Etihad
• Bachelor’s degree in business and IT or relevant experience
• Minimum of six years of related work experience within HR analytics and in particular SuccessFactors
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies in the digital space and understanding of HR digital ecosystems, digital architecture, analytics, and relevant enablers
• Experience in influence cross functional teams with indirect reporting lines
• Experience developing strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups at all levels of the organisation
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies in the digital space and understanding of HR digital ecosystems, digital architecture, analytics, and relevant enablers
• Advanced experience working with HR data across the end-to-end HR lifecycle and tools
• Confirmed experience in the development and of a data portfolio aligning to corporate and business strategies
• Data and analytics engineering and modelling experience including technology for big data, visualisation, data ingestion or data streaming, and analytics tool such as Tableau, Power BI
