Marketing Administrator Full Time

As a Marketing Administrator/Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting marketing initiatives. Your role will ensure smooth operations within the office and contribute to the overall efficiency of the Marketing & Sales department.​

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage correspondence.​

• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies.​

• Marketing Coordination: Support the marketing team with event planning, promotional materials, and campaign tracking.​

• Database Management: Maintain and update customer and client databases accurately.​

• Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.​

Qualifications & Experience

• Nationality: Open to Emirati nationals.​

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or marketing are a plus.​

• Experience: Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles preferred.​

• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.​

• Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
