Marketing and PR Manager Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and PR Manager with a strong background in the real estate sector to lead our marketing initiatives and public relations strategies.




Scope of Work:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating impactful marketing campaigns and building a positive brand image in the competitive real estate market of the UAE.

Job Duties:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and digital content.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events).
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive press coverage.
• Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
• Manage crisis communication and maintain a positive public image for the company.
• Oversee the company’s online presence, including website content, social media accounts, and SEO strategies.
• Analyze digital marketing performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
• Plan and execute events such as property launches, open houses, and networking events to promote the company’s projects.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Provide insights to the sales and development teams to refine offerings.
• Lead and mentor the marketing and PR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing and PR, with at least 3 years in the real estate industry in the UAE.
