Marketing Executive Full Time

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize various types of events such as conferences, corporate events, webinars and exhibitions.
• Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management and timeline development. Coordinate event registration, staffing, and any technical or creative requirements.
• Design and implement event marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Ensure events are promoted effectively through email, social media, websites, and other relevant channels.
• Oversee all aspects of event execution on-site, including registration, attendee management, speaker coordination, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Develop comprehensive database of competitors activities and marketing efforts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications. Monitor and uphold brand guidelines in all campaigns and materials.
• Develop and oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, promotional items, and more to support brand campaigns and events.
• Track event performance and compile post-event reports, analyzing success, attendee feedback, and ROI. Use insights to continuously improve future events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience organizing and managing events such as conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
