Merchandise Executive Full Time

As a Merchandising Executive for #ABTalks, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our range of products, including card games, t-shirts, and other merchandise. Your role will involve working closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure our products meet customer expectations and align with our brand identity.

What You’ll Do:

• Create detailed merchandising plans and strategies to effectively display and promote card games, t-shirts, and other merchandise across various channels, including physical stores and online platforms.
• Select and recommend product assortments based on sales data, customer preferences, and market trends. Ensure optimal product placement and presentation to attract and engage customers.
• Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and suppliers to develop and refine product concepts, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and align merchandising strategies with sales goals. Provide support for product launches and special promotions.
• Track inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and address any supply chain issues. Analyze sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and drive sales. Coordinate with marketing teams to create engaging content and offers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
• Ensure that product displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines. Oversee the setup of online product pages.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights about products and merchandising efforts. Use this information to make improvements and enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports on merchandising performance, sales metrics, and market trends. Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for future strategies.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a related field. Proven track record of successful product management and promotional strategies is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
• Strong creative skills to develop innovative merchandising displays and promotional strategies.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present ideas.
• Familiarity with merchandising software, Microsoft Office Suite, and e-commerce platforms.
• Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize merchandising efforts.
• Must be fluent in Arabic (written and verbal)
