Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team of professionals to be dedicated to provide exceptional nail care and beauty services to our valued clients.

As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for a range of nail and hand/foot care services, including, but not limited to:

• Proficiently perform all types of manicures and pedicures using various products, including gels and acrylics.
• Offer nail enhancement services, including nail extensions.
• Showcase your creative skills by designing/following various nail art creations that align with our clients’ preferences.
• Provide relaxing skin care treatments for hands and feet, including massages and paraffin treatments.
• Maintain strict compliance with instrument sterilization and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment for both clients and staff.
• Keep your workstation consistently clean and organized, creating a professional and inviting atmosphere that contributes to exceptional client experiences.
• Tailor your services to meet individual client needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable visit.
• Stay updated on the latest nail care products and techniques to provide clients with expert advice and recommendations.
• Attend required trainings to improve quality of the work, as required by management.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by actively listening to client requests, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and memorable visit.
• Be able to process cashiering duty, as required.
• Fulfill any other related duties as required by the management team to support the overall success of our salon.

Requirements

• Capability to complete a full nail application, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art, within 1.5 hours while maintaining high-quality standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience as a Nail Technician in a salon or spa setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of Nail Master certificates demonstrating advanced training and proficiency in nail care services.
• Intermediate proficiency in the English language to communicate with clients effectively and team members.
• Ability to work with specific programs or software relevant to the nail care profession.
